6 Week gut health protocol
This 6 week program has a heavy emphasis on gut health and healing and may be for you if you experience any of the follow:

A typical gut health protocol follows a 4 step process: remove, replace, repair and reinoculate. These steps can be tricky to navigate alone. Amy will guide you in creating an elimination diet that fits your comfort level to decrease trigger foods. You will learn how and why we develop gut issues and most importantly, how to heal the gut and rebalance your microbiome.
