Blueberries and Cream OVernight Oats

prep time: 10 minutes | makes 3 servings


2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk (from the can)

about 3 cups almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp maple syrup

additional nuts for topping if desired


gather 3-16oz containers and place them on the counter. Divide the ingredients evenly between the containers. Stir well. The oats should be completely submerged in the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
