buckwheat granola

prep time: 5 minutes | Bake time: 30 minutes | makes 1 quart


1 1/2 cups buckwheat groats

1 cup unsweetened coconut chips

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds

3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

3/4 cup dried cranberries

1 scoop wellmade restorative balance or fortify


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

combine all ingredients into a large bowl, stirring well to combine. Spread onto the lined baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes and stir. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

store in an airtight container (mason jar works!) for up to 2 weeks.
