Caramel apple smoothie bowl

prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1 cup non-dairy milk

2 large, pitted dates

1 apple, cored and cut into chunks

1/2 small avocado

1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower or zucchini

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

generous pinch sea salt

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify


place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with granola and almond butter if desired.
