Superfood Lattes

prep Time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving each


Peppermint Mocha Latte

1/2 cup strong coffee

3/4 cup almond milk

2 tbsp full-fat COconut Milk (from can, this is optional but the fat makes this nice and creamy)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1-2 drops peppermint extract (1/8 tsp or so, use cautiously, a little goes a long way)

1 scoop wellmade restorative balance

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

golden Milk Latte

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk (from can)

1/2 inch chunk fresh, peeled ginger or 1/4 tsp dried

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of black pepper

pinch of himalayan sea salt

Vanilla matcha microbiome latte

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk (from can)

1/2 tsp Matcha powder (I buy mine from Amazon)

dash of vanilla extract

1 tbsp honey

pinch of himalayan sea salt

1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome


For all 3 latte combinations:

Heat milk(s) until hot. combine all ingredients and hot milk(s) into a blender and blend for 45-60 seconds. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
