Apple Cider Bread(GF)
prep time: 15 minutes | Bake time: 60 minutes | makes 1 loaf
1 1/2 cups Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour (I used King Arthur)
1 cup shredded apple
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 tbsp melted coconut oil or olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop wellmade restorative Fortify
1/4 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease a loaf pan and set aside (can line with parchment if desired).
mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl, whisking until combined. Pour into loaf pan and top with walnuts. bake for about 1 hour or until bread is firm and center passes the toothpick test.
