Tropical Green Gut Health Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving


I cup frozen cauliflower or zucchini

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 avocado

2 cups spinach

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut (optional)

1 cup almond milk

pinch Himalayan sea salt

1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome


Place ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides periodically. Avoid adding more liquid to keep a thick texture…you may need to blend a bit longer but it will get there!

Top with crunchy goodies such as granola, more coconut, berries and/or nut butter.
