Banana Cream Pie Yogurt Bowl
prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup yogurt (I use dairy free Coconut Milk yogurt
1 scoop wellmade restorative balance
1 scoop collagen (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch Himalayan sea salt
2 tsp maple syrup
splash vanilla extract
fruit and granola for topping
Combine all ingredients (except toppings) into a blender and process until smooth. Do not over blend where you completely liquify the yogurt.
Pour yogurt mixture into a bowl and top with fruit, granola and a drizzle of nut butter. Enjoy immediately.
