Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl
Prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving
1/4 cup frozen beets
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt (or nut milk of choice)
1 scoop wellmade restorative Microbiome
pinch sea salt
combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high, scraping down the sides if necessary, until mixture is thick and smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit and granola or nuts. Eat with a spoon!
To make in drinkable smoothie form, increase amount of almond milk to 1 cup.
