Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Bowl

prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving


1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp almond butter

1- 1 1/2 cups almond milk

1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome

Himalayan sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon zest (don’t skip this!)


Combine all ingredients into a blender (starting with 1 cup milk) use tamper, and blend until mixture is smooth. Add additional milk if mixture is too thick.

top with additional berries and granola.
