blueberry vanilla malt smoothie
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower
1/4 cup cooked sweet potato (about 1/4 of a large)
1 handful spinach
1 tbsp almond butter
1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS (OPTIONAL)
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water to thin if necessary
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. ONLY ADD THE WATER IF THE CONSISTENCY IS TOO THICK. eNJOY!
