Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl

1 cup frozen cauliflower or zucchini
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
1 cup almond milk
1 inch piece fresh, peeled ginger
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
Dash vanilla extract
