Caramel Latte Smoothie
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1 cup frozen coffee (can be made into ice cubes)
1/2 cup yogurt or full-fat coconut milk
1 - 2 dates (depending on how sweet you like things)
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1 Scoop Wellmade Restorative Balance
1/2 cup almond Milk
Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth! Top with cacao nibs if desired!
