Prebiotic & Probiotic Smoothie Bowl

prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower

1/2 small avocado

1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome

1/4 cup yogurt (non-dairy or Greek)

Pinch of Sea Salt

1 cup non-dairy milk


Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend into smooth! Top with additional yogurt, berries and granola!
