Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse

prep time: 10 minutes | Makes 3-4 servings


1 can cold coconut milk, soild cream part only (not the clear liquid)

1 scoop wellmade restorative balance

3 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

Grated Dark Chocolate for Garnish


Have your can of coconut milk sit in the refrigerator for a few hours prior to making this treat.

Take the solid white cream portion of the coconut milk and add to a medium sized mixing bowl. Discard the clear liquid or use for something else.

Add the peanut butter, Balance Blend, maple syrup and sea salt. Use an electric mixer and whip until ingredients are combined. Pour into small bowls or jars if desired for presenation or chill the entire bowl until ready to serve. Garnish with grated chocolate for a little texture and chocolate boost.
