Raspberries and Cream Smoothie Bowl
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup yogurt - plus more for topping
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome
pinch of himalayan sea salt
1 tsp almond extract
Granola, coconut, berries for topping
PLace all ingredients (except topping ingredients) into a blender. Blend and tamp until the consistency is smooth and creamy. Pour smoothie into a bowl, dollop with a bit of yogurt, giving it a swirl and top with granola, coconut and berries.
