Cinnamon Banana SMoothie Bowl

prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1 frozen banana

1 1/2 cups frozen caulflower or zucchini

2 cups spinach

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of Himalayan Sea salt

1 cup almond milk (maybe a little more)

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp vanilla or almond extract

1/2 scoop wellmade restorative Fortify

1/2 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome


Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high, using the tamper until ingredients are smooth and creamy (like soft-serve ice cream). THis might take a minute or two.

Pour smoohtie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
