coconut banana cream pie overnight oats

1 banana

3/4 cup gluten free old-fashioned oats

1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (from the can)

3/4 cup Almond milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

dash vanilla or coconut extract

pinch salt

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut

1/2 scoop wellmade restorative Fortify


  1. pour oats into a 16 oz container (I use a mason jar). slice half the banana - save the other half for later. It will keep if stored in an airtight container/baggie in the refrigerator.

  2. Add sliced banana and remaining ingredients to the oats. stir well.

  3. Store oats in refrigerator overnight.

  4. to serve, top oats with additional banana slices, nuts and coconut.
