Gut Health Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Bowl
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup raspberries
1/2 - 1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome
1 tbsp almond or coconut butter
pinch Himalayan Sea salt
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with additional fruit, granola or nuts.
