Crispy Feta Eggs with Chili Crisp & Black beans

i cup black beans
2-3 tbsp crumbled feta
2 eggs
1 lime
cilantro
chili crisp
salt
Guacamole
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add a little olive oil to the pan. Place the beans off to one side and add the crumbled feta to the other side. Season the beans with salt and squeeze a bit of lime juice on top. Crack the eggs over the feta. Cook for a few minutes until the egg is starting to set and cheese is getting browned on the bottom. You an cover the pan with a lid for the last minute if you do not like your eggs too runny.
REmove the beans to a plate/bowl. Top with crispy feta eggs. Season with salt. Drizzle on some chili crisp (can use red pepper flakes as a substitute). Serve with a scoop of guacamole and top with chopped cilantro.
