prep time: 10 minutes | Makes 2 Servings

1 cup old-fashioned Oats

1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)

3/4 cup ful-fat Greek yogurt, plus more for garnish

1 cup fresh or frozen Berries (defrosted), plus more for garnish

1 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch sea salt

1-2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

In a blender combine oats, almond milk, yogurt, berries, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until mostly smooth (can still have a bit of texture to it). Stir in chocolate chips if using.

in a glass jar or dish, layer a bit of fruit on the bottom. Top with 1/2 of the oat mixture and top with a bit more yogurt.

Let set up in the refrigerator for 2 hours or up to 4 days. Recipe can be easily doubled.

*can add your favorite protein powder to the oat mixture, but you may need a touch more almond milk*
