Espresso Overnight Oats

prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 2 servings


1 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup strong coffee

1 scoop wellmade restorative balance

pinch sea salt

4 tsp maple syrup

2 tbsp almond butter

1 cup almond milk (maybe a bit more)


Mash half a banana into the bottom of each mason jar. Divide the coffee into the 2 jars. Distribute the almond butter, balance, maple syrup, and salt between the jars and stir well. add 3/4 cup oats to each jar and top with almond milk. Stir well and refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
