German Chocolate Cake Smoothie

prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving


1 cup frozen cauliflower

1 ripe banana

1 date, pitted

2 scoops wellmade restorative balance

1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk

3/4 cup non-dairy milk

2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut

pinch sea salt

*add 1/2 cup plain yogurt for additional protein or a small palmful of nuts


all all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds until a rich, smooth consistency is reached.

Top with additional coconut and cacao nibs if desired. Enjoy!
