Gingerbread baked oats

Prep time: 10 minutes | Bake time: 30 minutes | Serves 6-8


4 cups old-fashioned oats

2 cups non-dairy milk

4 eggs

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup yogurt or applesauce

1/4 cup molasses (has some great benefits too!)

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 scoop Wellmade restorative Balance

2 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp ground ginger

2 ripe pears, cut into 1 inch chunks

pecans


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the pears and pecans. Mix well. Stir in pears and nuts and pour into the baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until oats are set. Cool slightly and enjoy or cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
