Immune Booster Smoothie
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 inch piece of peeled, fresh ginger
1/4 - 1/2 avocado (depending on the size)
1 cup nut milk
5 ice cubes
Pinch Himalayan Sea Salt
Splash Maple Syrup
Combine all ingredients into a blender and process on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite granola or for a thinner smoothie, add an additional 1/2 cup liquid before blending and pour into a glass to enjoy.
