Red Velvet Cake Smoothie Bowl

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup frozen beets

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp hemp seed

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

Dash maple syrup

Pinch Himalayan sea salt

dash almond extract

1 scoop wellmade restorative balance

1 cup nut milk

1/2 cup water


combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is thick and smooth. Use a tamper or spatula to scrap down the sides periodically if necessary.

Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, granola, fresh fruit and/or nut butter.
