Korean Beef

1 1/2 pounds ground beef - CLICK TO Buy GRASS FED/fINISHED BEEF
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp coconut aminos
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp fresh ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
juice of a lime
In a large skillet brown 1 ½ lbs ground beef, breaking up with a spoon until cooked though.
Add brown sugar, coconut aminos, chopped garlic, grated fresh ginger, pepper flakes, salt, and sesame oil to the beef. Allow to cook a few more minutes until the meat is starting to caramelize.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha and 1 tbsp lime juice; set aside.
Serve the ground beef mixture on top of a bed of broccoli slaw, cilantro, green onions and kimchi. Drizzle with spicy mayo and additional lime.
My kids like this dish served in tortillas or over rice.
