2 tbsp brown sugar

4 tbsp coconut aminos

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tsp fresh ginger

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp sesame oil

1/2 cup mayo

1 tbsp sriracha

juice of a lime

In a large skillet brown 1 ½ lbs ground beef, breaking up with a spoon until cooked though.

Add brown sugar, coconut aminos, chopped garlic, grated fresh ginger, pepper flakes, salt, and sesame oil to the beef. Allow to cook a few more minutes until the meat is starting to caramelize.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha and 1 tbsp lime juice; set aside.

Serve the ground beef mixture on top of a bed of broccoli slaw, cilantro, green onions and kimchi. Drizzle with spicy mayo and additional lime.

My kids like this dish served in tortillas or over rice.
