strawberry lemonade smoothie bowl
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower or zucchini
1/2 avocado OR 1 tbsp almond butter (avocado will make it a bit creamy opposed to icy)
zest of a lemon
Generous pinch of himalayan sea salt
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify
1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Granola and berries for topping
Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy - using a tamper to press down the frozen ingredients. Add more liquid for a drinkable smoothie!
Top with granola and berries for a refreshing meal!
