Oatmeal Banana Bread Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes | makes 2 child-size servings


1 frozen ripe banana

1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats

1 tbsp almond butter

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch Sea salt

1 cup non-dairy milk

maple syrup to taste (I found 1 tbsp to be quite sweet - but everyone’s palates are different)


Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until ingredients are well mixed and smooth.

Makes 1 16 oz smoothie or 2 child-size smoothies
