Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

2 scoops Wellmade restorative balance

1 cup natural peanut butter

6 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt

2 1/2 cups gluten-free old-fashioned oats


IN A MIXING BOWL COMBINE THE BANANAS AND EGGS (CAN USE A HAND MIXER OR MASH WELL WITH FORK). sTIR IN THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

cHILL DOUGH IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 HOUR UP TO OVERNIGHT.

pREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.

lINE 2 BAKING SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. sCOOP LARGE TABLESPOONS ONTO THE LINED PANS, SLIGHTLY FLATTENING WITH FINGERS.

bAKE COOKIES FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. cOOL ON RACKS. sTORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER FOR UP TO 3 DAYS.
