peanut butter yogurt bowl

prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving


1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup yogurt (I suggest So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt)

1-2 tbsp peanut butter

1 scoop collagen

1 scoop Wellmade Restorative balance

1 tbsp maple syrup

generous pinch Pink Himalayan sea salt

Vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of almond milk. This should be the consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Top with additional peanut butter, chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs, and nuts or granola.

To enjoy in smoothie form, use 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup almond milk and remaining ingredients.
