Strawberry shortcake smoothie
prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp. nut butter
1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify
1/2 - 1 cup almond milk (start with less and add more if needed)
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of Himalayan sea salt
dash maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until ingredients are smooth and incorporated. Enjoy immediately!
