Pizza Cottage Cheese Toast

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES | cOOK tIME: 10 MINUTES | MAKES 1 SERVING


1 SLICE gLUTEN fREE OR sOURDOUGH bREAD

1 TBSP pESTO (i LIKE rAO’S)

1/2 CUP COTTAGE cHEESE

suNDRIED toMATOES IN OIL, sliced

nITRITE fREE pEPPERONI, cut into small pieces

iTALIAN sEASONIngs

Red pepper Flakes


Preheat oven to 400 degrees (or can use toaster oven or air fryer).

Place the slice of bread in the oven and toast for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Spead the pesto over the bread. Top with cottage cheese, sliced sundried tomatoes, and pepperoni. SPrinkle with seasonings. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
