Pumpkin Yogurt Chia PudDIng parfaits

Prep time: 10 minutes | total time: 4 hours | Makes 6 servings


pumpkin mixture

1 can pumpkin puree

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground ginger

dash vanilla extract

Chia Pudding

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 1/2 cups almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

pinch salt

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome

1 1/2 cups plain yogurt

Granola

Almond butter


Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup and Microbiome together in a medium sized bowl. Stir and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight.

Mix together all ingredients together for the pumpkin layer.

In 8-10 ounce containers/jars, layer 1/4 cup of the pumpkin layer, 1/4 cup yogurt, some granola, 1/4 cup chia pudding, dollop of yogurt, more granola and a drizzle of almond butter. Chill for 1 hour to overnight.
