pumpkin spice smoothie bowl
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree (from a can is fine)
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 scoop wellmade restorative Fortify
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash ground ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1/2 - 1 cup almond milk
Place 1/2 cup almond milk into the blender. Add remaining ingredients. Blend, adding additional almond milk if necessary. If you add too much milk, your smoothie bowl turns into a regular smoothie - which isn’t the worst thing in the world :)
Pour contents of the blender into a bowl and top with some favorites such as granola, pecans or even coconut.
