Pumpkin Spiced latte Overnight Oats

prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 2 servings


1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats or Quick-cooking oats

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 scoop Wellmade restorative Balance or Fortify

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup brewed coffee

1 1/2 cups ALmond Milk

Chopped Walnuts or pecans for topping


divide all the ingredients in between 2 containers (I like using 16 oz mason jars). Stir well. Store Oats in the refrigerator for 4 hours or up to 5 days.
