Raspberry Detox Smoothie

Prep time: 5 mintues | makes 1 serving


1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 banana

1/4 cup frozen beets (optional but supports liver function)

1 scoop wellmade restorative microbiome

1 tbsp almond butter

1 cup non-dairy milk

Pinch sea salt


combine all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth, using the tamper to help incorporate. Top with additonal berries and granola!
