Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Prep time: 10 minutes | bake time: 35 minutes | makes 6 servings


3 cups old-fashioned oats

4 large, ripe bananas, mashed

1 egg

1/4 cup maple Syrup

6 tbsp peanut butter (1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp)

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 scoops wellmade restorative balance

1 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, stirring well to combine.

Pour oat mixture into the greased pan, Top with chocolate chips if desired and bake for 35 minutes.

allow the oats to rest and cool down for about 15 minutes if serving immediately. Otherwise allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Oats can also be sliced into large squares, wrapped and stored in the freezer. Allow to defrost in the fridge overnight or heat in microwave for approximately 90 seconds.
