Sheet Pan Chicken with Superfood Rub

prep time: 15 minutes | cook time: 35 minutes | makes 4 servings


4 chicken breasts, cut in half (so you have 8 thinner breasts total)

Assortment of chopped vegetables, I used carrots, parsnips, onions and Brussels Sprouts

Olive oil

For the Rub

1 Scoop Wellmade Restorative Fortify

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp coriander

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper


Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the veggies to the lined pan, tossing with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Place chicken breasts on top of the veggies and generously coat them in the Superfood rub. Drizzle the chicken with a bit of olive oil.

Bake for about 35 - 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are nice and caramelized.
