Lemon Blueberry Protein Oats

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1 cup water

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

pinch of himalayan sea salt

1 egg

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

zest of a lemon

1/4 cup blueberries


bring the water and pinch of salt to boil in a small sauce pan. Add the oats, stir and lower the heat to a simmer. Simmer the oats for about 5 minutes.

Crack the egg directly into the oatmeal and immediately whisk rapidly for about 30 seconds. add the remaining ingredients, stirring to combine.

Serve with additional berries if desired.
