Skin care Smoothie
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving
1 cup almond milk
2 cups spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 small avocado (or quarter of a large)
1/4 cup cucumber
1 inch piece peeled, fresh ginger (optional)
1 scoop wellmade restorative Fortify
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!!
