Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Smoothie

prep Time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving


1cup strawberries

½ cup frozen cauliflower

¼ cup chopped rhubarb

Fresh ginger (peeled, ½ inch chunk)

Dash vanilla extract

Pinch Himalayan sea salt

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp almond butter

1-3 tsp maple syrup

1 scoop Wellmade Restorative Fortify 

OR

1 scoop Collagen Peptides 

¾ cup almond or coconut milk

Granola for topping 


Combine all ingredients except Granola into the blender and blend on high until smooth.  Pour into glass and top with granola.  Enjoy!
