Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes |

Serves: 3-4 depending on quantity of ingredients

Stir-Fry Sauce

¼ cup coconut aminos

2 tbsp Goguchang (Korean Fermented Soybean Paste)

¼ cup rice wine vinegar

2 tsp grated fresh ginger

2 cloves chopped garlic

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.  Add 1-2 tablespoons oil into the pan and add protein (i.e. chicken breast or thighs cut into 1 inch pieces, thinly sliced sirloin, tofu, shrimp).  Stir-fry until protein is cooked.  Move to a plate.

  2. Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan and add chopped veggies such as broccoli florets, sliced carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers...what you have on hand.  Continue to cook for about 5 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender.  Add protein back to the pan and pour in the sauce.  Cook for another 3-5 minutes until veggies reach desired doneness and sauce thickens slightly. Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa.
