Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
prep time: 5 minutes | makes 2 servings
2 large, cooked sweet potatoes, warm
1 scoop wellmade restorative Microbiome
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch himalayan sea salt
dash vanilla
Toppings: Blueberries, Toasted coconut, granola, nut butter and/or yogurt
Put the warm sweet potatoes into the food processor and add the Microbiome, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Process until smooth. Divide pureed potatoes into 2 serving dishes (share or save one for the following day). top with desired toppings and enjoy!
