A one year digital course that guides you through your health journey and the 3 stages that go along with it.
Other programs often focus on the quick-fix or trend, but eventually you end back up at square one (or sometimes worse off). This time will be different. Commit to yourself for one WHOLE year. You can truly build a life you love when given the tools to do so.
In this course, you will go from:

There are 12 modules, one each month, which allows you to work at your own pace at your own convenience. The modules consist of a series of short videos and supporting documents (worksheets, infographics, meal plan examples). Each module is supported by weekly emails that pertain to the current topic. To personalize the program, since we know health is individual, you receive an initial consult and quarterly one-on-one sessions with Amy!
