Amy’s Meatloaf

prep time: 10 minutes | bake time: 1 hour | Makes 6 servings


2 lbs. ground beef

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 scoop wellmade restorative balance

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

1 egg

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs


preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl, using clean hands to distribute the ingredients throughout. DO not overmix or you will toughen the loaf! Pat the meat mixture into a loaf pan an top with additional ketchup if desired.

bake meatloaf for 60 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
