Superfood Breakfast COokies

Prep TIme: 10 minutes | Bake Time; 30 minutes | Makes 2 dozen


3 cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup olive oil

2/3 cup maple syrup

1 mashed, ripe banana

2 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

Pinch sea salt

2/3 cup dried blueberries or cranberries


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoons into the baking sheets. Lightly press cookies down to flatten slightly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cookies are browning up nicely (they will be chewy in the center when they cool).

Carefully move cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
