Blueberry Ginger Bliss SMoothie Bowl

prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1 cup frozen zucchini or Cauliflower

1/2 cup frozen Blueberries

1 tbsp almond butter

1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

1 - 1 1/2 cups almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt plus more for topping


combine all ingredients into a blender and blend, using the tamper, until all ingredient come together and are smooth and creamy.

Top with additional yogurt and granola. Enjoy!
