Lemon Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl

prep time: 5 minutes | makes 1 serving


1 cup nut milk

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt

1 scoop wellmade restorative fortify

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp coconut or almond butter

1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt

zest of a lemon

1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

1 tsp chia seeds (optional)


combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend, Using the tamper to push down cauliflower until all ingredients are smooth and resemble soft-serve ice cream.

if you would like this is smoothie form opposed to in a bowl, add more milk and cut down on the cauliflower a little bit.

Top with granola and bee pollen if desired.
