carrot cake smoothie

prep time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 serving

1/2 cup carrots chopped

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower

1/2 banana

1/2 avocado or almond butter

1 inch piece of fresh peeled ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch Himalayan sea salt

approx. 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

1 scoop Wellmade restorative Fortify


Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until ingredients are well combined. Garnish with chopped pistachios and coconut.
